Triple screw steamer "Viper" (1906, 1713grt) of G&J Burns, Glasgow.
ID No: 1121331 Built for the Ardrossan-Belfast day service. Served as a troopship on the English Channel in WW1. (postcard)
Scrapped 1949.
I picked this postcard up at a sale. dated 14th December 1917

Arrived Safely this morning at Destination, calm voyage. Will write as soon as possible after a few days
